Half Cut Espresso Blend

With 50% of our Brazil Ipanema and 50% of Brazil Decaf, Half Cut is our "afternoon" coffee with half the caffeine content of our other espresso blends.

Who are we to dictate the best time to drink Half Cut? but how about when you need to get through the afternoon but don't want to be up all night? Or perhaps you need a little pick-me-up when feeling half-cut at 6pm and the party is only just getting started... You do you.

Typical of the Brazil origin, this coffee is quite the "chocolate" hit, with a very soft lime acidity.

• Cup Notes: Milk Chocolate, Caramel Sweetness, Dark Cocoa Lingers

Roasted chiefly for espresso-based milk drinks (flat whites, lattes, cappuccino's, mocha's etc.) but works well on its own as an espresso or in plunger brews too.
